CEO Whisperer is a term I came across a couple of years after I decided on/registered Talent Whisperer. I have and continue to advise and coach CEOs as well as CFOs, CTOs and VPs of Engineering. I find the various perspectives on the CEO Whisperer do align with what I do and how I do it. CEO Whisperers help CEOs transform to keep up with the demands of their growing organizations, personal challenges and the paradigm shifts brought about by Digital Transformation.

Much as other Whisperers do across the board. I’ve also coached and managed many people who started as individual contributors. Abut three dozen later achieved VP and C-Level positions, and I’ve also coached national championship players and teams. I completed the training classes for Co-Active Coaching. Enabling people to see the potential within them to find the success they seek is very reqrding. Having been referred to as a horse, cat, and dog whisperer, I’ve found similar success with humans.
