The following pages are an attempt to expose what I have learned over many years and many engagements. These perspectives started with my first job where I was an architect and engagement consultant for the world’s first integrated software development environment that I then also helped other companies adopt along with the various methodologies the system also supported.

Leadership

They continuously, incrementally evolve with each new leadership role I take on as no two situations are the same. Hence, they are by no means to be implemented as is – many offer various perspectives to consider. They continue to evolve largely through experience, often through conversations, but also further informed by books I consume as audio books to benefits from the experiences and insights of others.
